Why is it so hard to validate a problem (you desire to solve)?

After countless hours research I found that there is little to no viable mechanism for validating a problem, the option given in blogs are to:

  • Go out and speak to people, speaking to potential problem sufferers only really works in specific situations, but would work with Ed tech, Fintech, Health tech and various other sectors.
  • Find where they reside online, Facebook Groups, Subreddits, Forums and other public discussion sites. With this approach the individual has to have researched every aspect of the problem, form a succinct question and hope there will be a response (with an unlikely possibility have a private follow up about the problem.
