I’m only 20min into the show and already stunned at how Bezos built amazon. At the very beginnings Amazon was not going to make a profit for 20 years he said. Bezos had to somehow convince investors that and be optimistic about it.

Now why would an investor want to do such a thing and risk loosing money? Bezos main point was that he was going to price things so cheap that they purposely loose money, so that way competitors couldn’t stay in business because smaller business couldn’t loose what Amazon was loosing.

I just found that to be interesting so I wanted to share on here!
