Just some basic questions for a budding business

So, I’m currently in school right now but since I’ll be trying to exceed into masters and doctorates degrees I thought it’d be smart to use my off time to grow a business to help me with some debt from my divorce and to build up my savings. It’s small right now as I’m only making resin charms for necklaces and bracelets but my big plan is to start a refuse art business; using plastics and other trash and refuse items to build and create artworks for sale. But since I’m not at that point yet, I’ve just started with resin charms and I make my own paper from recycled materials to use towards my packaging.

I have a basic idea of my LLC but I’m just curious to know where to really start. Right now I’m decking my Etsy shop up a bit to grow a base before I move to an independent webpage.

Also I’m not very good at marketing myself; I have Instagram and I’m planning a YouTube and even a TikTok account to try and grow and reach all different types of audiences.

My questions essentially is which step should I achieve in the meantime? As I’m building a little bit of inventory I just feel like there’s other things I could be working towards to get my shop right. Do I need to look into an LLC first?

Any suggestions are incredibly helpful and I appreciate all the advice
