Hoping someone knows this answer! You can register as a business on TikTok to get insights which limits you from using certain songs. BUT do I have to register as a business on TikTok if I’m literally only selling on Etsy and not registered as a legal gov business? Can this lead to legal issues if I’m just using it as a normal creator account and using other people’s music to promote my business?
