I have been being asked to write a one-pager on a specific problem by the board for a company in their portfolio. I am an external candidate.

My content will be very similar to what's on this page. There will be one table and one chart. This looks so boring (or vanilla) to me. I want to add some color to it and still look professional since I'll be joining as an executive and partner.

I found this format by evalu-ate, but something looks off. Here are my questions -

1. Do you have any templates or online tools for a one-page briefing, not an academic paper?
2. Where should my name and their firm's name/logo go - header left or right?
3. I want to keep Arial 10 pt. on Google Doc. Is that a good font size?
