Hello Everyone,

I opened a small business (LLC, Partnership) in 2014. I hired an accountant to setup my QB and handle things. He didn't properly file my taxes. Then I hired a new CPA in 2015 who failed to correctly file my taxes from 2014-2018 when I closed the physical location. I didn't find this out until last year.

They were charging me monthly and not keeping up with things. So I'm in a mess.

I have gaps in my QB's. I have the raw data but it needs to be put into QBO.

I then need someone to file returns and get things straight.

As you can imagine my personal taxes are a mess as well.

Our data was very regular and after the rules are applied it should all be cleaned up as far as categories, income and expenses.

Do you have any creative ideas on how to fix this?

Services I can hire? Ways to resolve this?

I've gotten quotes that are all over the place so I'm really confused.

Some companies have said $5000 and some have said $35,000.

I don't know where to start or what to do at this point.

I am cleaning up the data I have on hand right now.

Can I get some advice?
