I thought I should let this community about Highly. We provide bloggers with the option to add a Medium-style highlight tool to their blogs so users can highlight, react, and share phrases within each article. You can see it here: highlyanalytics.com

The goal is to give bloggers an understanding of how their passive readers interact with their content through their highlights, as well as make their content more sharable, and the blog more interactive.
