Hey guys,

Looking for a CRM to implement in our SME. Love the Blueprints feature with Zoho but Zoho's links with Microsoft leave a lot to be desired (can't automatically backup files to OneDrive).

Anyone have any recommendations?

For those who haven't used Zoho, the Blueprints feature is where you can customise a sales process and make movement between deal stages contingent on other things, and customise the path that a deal takes depending on your criteria
