THE QUESTION: How to deal with IP sensitive know-how

Our small team did it. We hit milestones in corporate and project development and we think it is time to make close friends and family aware of what has been going on - for more then a year advisors and teammates(employees) have been tasked with not sharing a peep with the outisde world.

We are hitting a point where we expect to need more doers, thinkers, and resources; and are intending on sharing with a presentation the essence of what the project is to close pals. We hope we can find what we are looking for in our close network.

Anyone who is to know what we are doing is to sign an NDA. Nonetheless, we still think there's IP risk. How have you managed to share with the right people to grow your project while reining in IP risk?
