Hello everyone,

Happy Saturday, I hope everyone's day has been great thus far!

I want to keep this relatively short and simple. My name is Tyler, I am a back pain conquerer and researcher. By using foundation training, decompression breathing, and self actualization I did what I thought would be impossible and overcame my back pain. I want to give out free content about back pain, as well as give us all a place to ask questions and talk about our back pain experiences and journeys. That being said, I need your help with what questions to dive deeper into and answer! Questions can be about anything and everything back pain related. For example, "What is foundation training and decompression breathing?", "Why does my back hurt or feel stiff after a night of sleep?", "How can I reduce my back pain when I'm sitting at work?", "Where do you feel your back pain the most?", "When did I/you first begin to feel soreness/tightness/shooting pain in your back?". These are all examples, there are no wrong questions and I promise to do my best at answering them all!
