How to find a partner for starting a franchise business? - Aplus - 04-21-2021 How to find a partner for starting a franchise business? Hi there! I did look over the rules and nothing mentioned franchises, but if it isn't allowed to discuss those, my apologies. Anyway, I found a food franchise (I'm keeping this vague so I'm not promoting someone's business) with what I think is a solid business plan, but I am not well suited for the day-to-day operations of a restaurant. I know I could handle administrative things though like paperwork, budgeting, finding employees, etc. so I thought it may be a good idea to go into this with a partner. How would one go about finding someone who would be interested in this? I'd like to go into this with each of us contributing 50% of the money to start this up to avoid issues revolving around money. I can't think of any friends or relatives I'd want to do this with or I'd go in that route. Also, if you want to poke holes in my idea, feel free to do so. I've never franchised before so I'd rather ask silly questions now than lose a ton of money later. [link] [comments] |
