I'm considering selling my first business for two reasons.

A) I think it needs investment and scaling to reach its potential, something that I can't afford and have absolutely no time to do as I still work full time and don't plan to quit as I love my job, it is fairly new but has a great website, insta following and email list as well as a well thought out brand and completely unique products. Also turns a fairly good profit monthly for a company just under a year old

B) I have another business idea that I'm quite passionate about and is a slightly different format, I don't have the time to put my heart and soul into both unfortunately. The sum of money I could get for my current business could be enough for a down payment on a house and would change my life.

However I don't want to feel like a quitter with my first business, I know I don't have the money, time or expertise to take it to where it could be. The only person I have asked advice from is my other half and they think I'm being impatient . I really need advice from people business who have been here before. Thanks
