File Organisation and Project Management.. - Albert - 06-27-2021 File Organisation and Project Management.. My Wife and I are in the process of starting up a business. A big issue we have come across is how to 'set up' our files and project management systems. I am familiar with Notion, so quite like the idea of it, although it does has its limitations. Are there any other services out there that anyone can recommend to us that will be good for this sort of thing? We essentially need somewhere to keep to do lists, notes, and all other files. Notion gets a bit messy, and can be pretty overwhelming for someone who isn't familiar with it (my wife). I'm just not sure if going down the route of having everything stored in MS Word and Excel files is the way to go anymore. I'd imagine that would get even more messy. With Notion, I have shared an entire workspace with her, so we're getting it for free. Although, I don't mind paying, as long as it will be a better option for us. EDIT: We already pay for Apple iCloud storage so have the ability to store and share documents through that. I've considered this but just not sure how great it would be moving forward due to only being able to access with an Apple device. [link] [comments] |
