Pros and cons of reorganizing my LLC in my new state?
I've recently moved from Florida, where my LLC is organized, to Arizona. To simply things, I am considering to create an LLC in Arizona and dissolve the Florida LLC.
I see no cons to doing this.
But ready so many threads here, debating which state to form an LLC in, has me questioning this move. Florida seems to be a common location for hosting an LLC.
It doesn't appear there is a way to avoid Arizona state tax on this LLCs revenue, which would be the only non negligible factor.
Thoughts?
