Hi Everyone!

I am a small business owner located in Michigan. My business is completely online and I having a lot of trouble figuring out what licensing I need to operate. I know that there is a threshold for online businesses in MI before they need to collect sales tax (200 transactions or $100,000 gross profit)

Right now I didn't apply for any licensing or anything because I honestly do not know where to start. I do now that I need an EIN and I can get that no problem. But I do not know if I need a sales tax license if I am not in the threshold or any other appropriate licensing.

Sorry if this is a confusing question, I just need some pointers where to start. I want to make sure that I get this out of the way before I open shop
