Trucking Ownership Advice

Hey Im interested in buying a freightliner cascadia truck sometime soon and was wondering looking for advice on how to go about the process. Im located in Baltimore Maryland.

So far I have a LLC and I know I need a DOT , MC and BOC-3 and heard a third party logistic can do these for me. 1. Should I find a third party or try doing it on my own?

Im also stuck on if I should rent, lease or finance the truck, because I only have 15,000 cash but also have a good credit score. 2. What are the pros and cons of each option?

1. I was also wondering what advantages having the CDL as the owner would bring me.

2. Are there any other major things that Im missing in the process aside from insurance and the specific type of trailer that I'm interested in?

3. Aside from the dispatcher and driver is there anyone else I should be ready to hire or deal with and what is the process for finding high level dispatchers and drivers?

4. How much cash would you recommend having before beginning the process?

5. Does anyone know any truck owners who I could be in contact with just to ask the small daily questions that come with being a first Time owner
