What us your current business goal? It can be short, mid, or long term.
I'll start, I want to kick my largest competitor out of my market. We've taken approximately 80% of the work this year, but they are incredibly difficult to remove completely. My competitor is a Fortune 100 company.
I also want to build a new shop closer to where my clients operate.
