I was looking for another multi unit to buy and my wholesaler brought me a 2500sq/ft commercial building instead.

A friend of mine wants to go 50/50 and open a creative space where artists and content creators can network and work.

I’d be more in favour of a office with smaller offices that are rented to individuals as well as a few rentable meeting rooms / study spaces.

Would a monthly membership work better than individual fees?

Hourly? Daily?

Any other input would be great.
