Hey guys, i find reddit is a good place to get answers regarding anything.

I have a personal goal to be either CTO or Technical Architecture I have about 10 years of experience worked with lots of statups building their infrastructure from scratch and i know gcp or aws stack very well. I have solid understanding about web development or dev ops or writing or improving scalable apps.

I wonder what skills that i am missing in order to become technical lead any advise would be appreciated.
