I live in the southwest region and I’m deciding if I want to start a business doing pressure washing or home cleaning.

There isn’t a whole lot of mold that builds up here because of the lack of rain so I’m not sure if there is less business to go around compared to say the northwest region. Plus dealing with the elements during the summer would probably be brutal.

I’m leaning toward home cleaning. But I think it’s a little bit more complicated then pressure washing driveways. Being inside someone’s home takes trust and loyal employees. Home cleaning I know can be very profitable if I price right.

Maybe one day I can combine the services, who knows.
