Do you do it yourselves? Hire a consultant? An employee? Any pros and cons for each option? So far I’ve done it myself and with a consultant:

Doing it myself is just way out of my wheelhouse, I’ll be 20 mins into a tutorial and then realize Google Ads has completely changed its setup since 2020. I also just don’t understand half the words.

With a consultant it’s just too high an expense to really see my return on investment yet. They say stick it out, it’s a process. But I’m not really learning anything and I’m not really seeing any uptick in traffic yet. (Only 2 months in mind you.)

What’s your methodology and have you learned anything along the way?
