Is it possible to secure grants/loans for a small business without much money?

Hello all,

I am a technician at an IT company.I have certifications and have been working on computers for as long as I can remember. As many have, during the pandemic, I have come to the realization that I would like to start my own business. Lately, I have been really struggling with work-to-life balance. I never feel like I have enough free time to breathe, enjoy life, work on my own projects, get issues in my own life situated, etc, etc.

I have many things that I can't attend to in my life because my work hours make it impossible. I am also struggling financially and can barely afford my rent, my car to get repaired, and leisure activities to unwind. I'm honestly just so tired of not only working so hard and still struggling to stay afloat but also to be nowhere close to being able to buy a house, and be just financially comfortable.

My current job is a small enough IT company that I have learned what Vendors they use, a lot of processes that are involved, and I am confident that I could do the same with a team of only a couple other employees.

Issue is I am relatively poor and will probably never find myself in a situation I can afford to quit my job and pursue starting my own IT business. So my question is, how does one go about doing this? I have relatively low credit (~600), considerable debt, etc... I honestly have not had the best hand in life (deaths, loans to keep my family afloat, student loans, car payments, etc) ... but I could probably get a cosigner to go with me into a business loan if I had to. Any advice?
