I am a project manager for a company but in my along with some of my projects I have sourced third party materials for projects for a profit. I don’t get paid commission for any sort of sales including new projects I bring to the company including doing my own business development and acquiring new contracts in my free time.

I am wanting to start my own LLC and source materials through it for projects so that I can start earning more money to better myself and create my new company without hurting the other company since most of the work that I bring is provided by myself. Most of the sales run 20k to 1 million and I make anywhere between 10-20% pure profit on either COD or wire to wire. What is a good way start said business I am lost I am a great salesman and pm but suck at this and looking to get this thing rolling. Any help would be appreciated
