Hi, I'm a freelance consultant in food industry. Left my job last year in Jan 2020 and moved to a different place. I was recovering from several mental health issues and still am, so it has really unabled me to go out a lot with COVID still out there. So I started consulting last year in Jul2020, I've been getting by. But now I have only one client. To get more clients I've made and posted about 3 ads on LinkedIn. I'll make more. I've got no response from LinkedIn, Fiverr or upwork yet. Also in addition to this I spent this year in learning trading and investing, and I think I can include services related to industry analysis specific to food industry on fundamental and quantitative basis. And from last 1.5 months I'm learning python, as I'm pursuing few ideas with software development and food tech.

I have an engineering degree in food technology and work experience of more than 3 years now with core R&D and product development. Plus

I have questions: 1. What should I do to find more clients ? Remember, I have to wfh. So online is the only option? 2. Does anyone provide market analytical services? What's your take? 3. My client base has been industrial, with mostly manufacturers and most of them usually require some kind of on-site implementation. I'm looking to appeal to clients, as in people looking to start a food operation or how to scale up, or new product Ideation and development. I'm having problems with properly structuring my services.
