Am I supposed to use the same tech stack for both web and mobile?

Sorry, it's a silly question but I'm creating a project for which I'd like to have a web app (login and use the app thru the website), and iOS and Android apps, like basically most tech companies out there.

The one thing I can't figure out is whether I'm supposed to to use the same tech stack across all platforms.

I know DB and Backend code will be the same across platforms, but confused about the frontend. What do companies use, is it usually React Native? Or do they use different frameworks for mobile and web app?
