I’m getting back into the agency game. I previously built a digital agency attached to a local media company. Had about 40 clients buying a mix of website design & upkeep, social media management, local search optimization, and paid search management. I know the services and how to sell them. After a year focusing on just a few brands, and separating from the previous company, I’m launching a new entity.

I relied on some infrastructure of the media company last time around. Accounting, CRM, billing, etc. I’m looking for leads on modern, lightweight solutions for critical business services. What do I need to look into on day 1?
