I sell digital products on my website and I am giving a discount on some of them for Black Friday / Cyber Monday so I am making a list of place that allow for such advertisements.

So far I've found two popular places,

• A popular forum called malwaretips.com. It has a sub forum called Discounts and Deals and I plan on submitting my deal over there.
• Another forum called webhostingtalk.com. It is probably the leading forum for web hosting and allows to post deals and offers for web hosting, SEO, Social Media Marketing and design services.

What are some other places that allow such posts?

I am hoping to build a list of such places to be used not only for "Black Friday" promotions but also to post about our products and offerings. Think something like r/startups/ "Share Your Startup" thread.
