Need some financial advice for starting company

Hi everyone! I need some advice with my situation and I'm grateful for your help.

Situation: My friend and I are starting a company where we need 2 million $ to start the company (assets and about 6 months operation costs). We do not have the full amount so we are thinking of bringing in some people who'd be willing to invest. We imagine two different scenarios that we'll want to offer to potential investors:

Scenario one: investment in return for equity. Scenario two: investment for equity plus a loan to be returned after a period of time.

Our company offers clients the use of our machine. At full utilization of the machine (which I will set at 20 days a month, 12 hrs a day) we could have revenue of $3.840.000 a month. Our cost and overheads will be around 25% so our profit before tax should be more than $2.880.000. As I mentioned, this is at full utilization so this will not happen very quickly, but my partner has worked in this field for years and his existing client base will be our clients as well, we are fairly confident that we will very quickly have utilization of at least 20% (I'm being conservative in my estimates) which would give us revenue of $768.000 and profit of around $576.000 a month.

So, my question is how would you price scenario one and two for investors? Between the two of us partners together we could come up with around $800.000 to invest in the company. How much equity would you give up in our case to get the rest of the 2 million?

Please excuse me if the way I explained the whole thing is too confusing, English is not my first language. I'm really grateful for any advice or feedback you could offer me and if you need me to explain anything further pls ask.

Thank you.
