We are an early startup with a few customers and we've determined that we can grow really quickly if we hired a team of Salespeople. However, we don't have the capital to pay salaries quite yet, so we're thinking of hiring for 100% commission.

Has anyone else used this strategy? If so, what were your results and findings?
