Most former employees stayed at this startup for less than a year, is this a red fla

I have been given an offer by a startup that looks like an amazing opportunity, but after doing some research on LinkedIn I noticed that the company had ~10-15 former employees, the majority of which stayed for less than a year. The company says they currently have about 40 employees. Some of them stayed for 11 months, some of them stayed for 4 months, but almost every single one that worked there before didn’t stay long. Additionally, the company has been open since 2017, but most of the employees haven’t been there for more than 2-3 years. I would say the majority of current employees have been there for a little over a year. Should I be concerned that so many people left so quickly? My thought is that they either got fired quickly or didn’t like the company and left quickly, neither of which are good things. I’m not sure how concerned I should be about this.
