As a startup founder, what challenges have you faced when looking at legals for your company or talking to a lawyer? I'm not talking about what legal knowledge you should know but rather how you access these legal resources including getting legal help

Eg. I've usually gone with a 'recommended' lawyer but it's a miss 90% of the times because the first few calls start off with flattery but it becomes apparent they only care about the bottomline.

TLDR; How do you go about making sure your company is legal-proof?
