Is this interesting/wanted enough to pursue creating? - AmandaRob - 08-21-2022

Is this interesting/wanted enough to pursue creating?

I am writer by profession who has experience in creating business plans, pitch decks etc with a large range of commercial experience. As I am now trying to get my writing business of the ground, I sent around an invite on a startup group for anyone to see if they were interested in my services. Got a few responses, and I nearly engaged one until they said they decided to go with a professional public speaker who engages investors' emotional side of the brain, rather than the logic side.

This made me think. Would this be of interest within a pitch deck creation service? By understanding the underlying psychology of the sector the startup is in/understanding the pattern of past investments of your targeted investor/understanding which investments have succeeded in the relevant sector, would this be of interest?

If not, how could I make my pitch deck/business plan creation services interesting enough that people would want and would pay for?

I'm not selling my services here - just want to see whether if this would be of interest to even start up and pursue?
