Self employment financial advice ?

Basically, this year I began more money from my self employment that I ever did before(I get a 1099). I believe I’m classified as an independent contractor. To put it very simply, I do brand partnerships and affiliate marketing. The amount I’ve been making has made me a bit anxious and I feel like I need to plan better and organize myself more professionally.

I saw a small business bank (Found) with zero fees , auto withholding for taxes, book keeping, and allows you to send invoices. But would I even be considered a small business or be able to open an account tailored to small business ?

I was also wondering if I should be making a LLC or sole proprietorship? If so which is better ? I’ve tried to Google these things but there’s so many different opinions. Any answers or advice for me to better prepare for taxes and organize finances in general?
