Business is an online only business and accepting credit card payments online(card not present).
- How should the business be upfront about additional service fees(which is technically the payment processing fee charged by payment gateway), as it is an online payment?
- If the merchant(Seller) is upfront about it, can they still do it in the 10 states where this is banned?
