Hurricane Ian aid

Hi there. I have one employee, very (10 hours/wk) part time. He works from home out of Charlotte County. My business isn't in Florida; I'm on literally the opposite corner of the lower 48 (Whatcom County, WA). So, it's hard to claim that the business has been impacted by Ian, even if it has - I've had to pick up the slack, and I was already working long hours.

As a result of Ian, he has no internet and therefore cannot work. I run a small business - hence the 10 hours per week, basically an internship - and can't afford to pay an employee that isn't doing anything, but at the same time I don't want to leave him out in the cold until he gets his internet back sometime near Halloween. Are there any programs that can help with just covering payroll for a few weeks? I don't think I qualify for most aid, since I'm not there (and that's a good thing, mind you).
