Focusing when you have too many skills?

I was wondering if anyone else has trouble focusing on what problem their business should tackle due to an overabundance of skill.

I been trying to make the jump away from the "golden handcuffs" of the 9-5 job, but I'm struggling with how to combine all my skills into one product or service.

I'd appreciate any feedback on where my skills could flourish in the entrepreneurial world:

  • hospital leadership/management experience (think direct supervision of close to 100 people and a large six operating figure budget)

  • formal lean quality improvement training

  • digital paid advertising experience (Google Ads, Bind ads, Facebook ads, remarketing platforms) - managed small and large six figure marketing campaigns

  • SEO and web development experience (WordPress, Drupal, etc)

  • significant affiliate marketing experience

  • strong video editing abilities

  • regulated allied healthcare professional with a main focus on the elderly population

I just don't know where to go from here.

Anyone else have the same problem?
