What to do if idea is validated, not implemented yet, but could be easily replicated

I have this travel booking idea to compare flight+hotel packages, which would save people a lot of time, stress, and money. I was doing some research, and asked some people from various backgrounds, and many people find booking holidays a pain. Everyone wants to get the best deal, and my solution would be focused on the ones whom are flexible on dates/destinations. It is when the options are overwhelmingly many.

The solution isn't implemented yet (by any big players), but could be easily implemented by them. What strategies do I have to prepare for this? Big names like Booking aren't easy to fight (not without enormous capital at least), but by strongly focusing on my targeted group (people that are flexible), I could win them to use my app. But even then, I could imagine people go, and check themselves the prices shown, and book at more known/trustworthy places. This way I wouldn't receive commission.
