Need a lawyer... and moving with out one
I'm running a tech start-up. Its not making any money but we have a ton of customers and a prototype. We have a team, advisors.
I'm currently on gov assistance. Doing web sales on the side.
We have also got some government partnership opportunities.
The problem is I cannot afford a lawyer.
How do I overcome this?
