New into Startup as Senior Project Manager but feeling as if I absolutely fail…

3 months ago I decided to quit my Job at a big company where I worked as a project Manager and Teamleader and join a startup (in growth stage) as a senior project manager with a good salary. Now, my problem is, I am somehow stuck and feeling that I am failing to meet the requirements for this position and disappoint the teamlead and the ceo likewise. I got some feedback which I like to share with you and maybe you could give me one or two advices… the problem is I am really not into startups and the way they work since I worked the last 10 years in a big company with fixed procedures and everything quite regulated. Within this startup the expectation is that I speak at eye level with the founders. I'm supposed to drive topics forward and not ask at review meetings whether and how we should do it, but I'm supposed to make decisions directly. This approach and way of working is not familiar to me and very difficult to navigate. Would be cool to read some thoughts and/or advice here. Thank you guys!
