Equity splitting practice

First time founder here. I am a solo founder who design, coded and talked to many potential users for the very first draft of my product.

I wanted to bring in two more co-founders. However, I am unsure about their skill set or what they can bring into the company.

Is it common to have the promised equities listed in the contract to be vested amongst these cofounders from my 100% shares over given amount of timeline? Else, what is the common practice?

Edit: Thanks for all the great advices. For additional background, I have been trying to bring in one more technical founder to reduce my coding workload so I can focus on the design and user interface development on frontend. I have worked with this person and personally think he will be a great fit.

On the other hand, there’s this non-technical founder that supposed to help me on the other task in product development and business administration side of things. However, I am having cold feet to work with him after meeting him a few times, because he continuously raising different concerns (in vision or idea) each time we meet, causing me to waste a lot of time to address/argue on the topic. On top of that it is very hard to discuss deeper technical constraints or topic with him based on his knowledge.
