Free subscription benefits – yes or no?

Hi, since we are a young startup entering the alpha product release stage we have some reflection here, we are thinking what benefits should be in the free version? The answer to this question is not straightforward. On the one hand, offering exclusive perks to subscribers can be an effective way to retain users and incentivize them to upgrade to paid plans, as well as early access to new features, personalized support can make users feel valued and appreciated, which can lead to increased loyalty and engagement.

On the other hand, offering exclusive perks for free can create a sense of entitlement among users and devalue the premium features.

So should the platform even offer exclusive perks to their subscribers for free? What examples of the best and the worst limitations to the benefits of a free subscription you know, and how can users maximize its advantages with it?
