Companies who use the “Printer + Ink” Business Model for Physical Products

The printer + ink business model is pretty cool.... It's when somebody buys a Keurig machine and then they need to buy pods for the rest of their life.

Sounds overpowered if you ask me.

They make things like deodorant, hand sanitizer, bodywash, and get this..... toothpaste tablets. They come in fancy containers that you can buy refills for.

Premium soap dispenser + refills. Pretty straightforward, the dispensers look like Amazon Alexas.

holder/organizer + paper card refills. Task cards like "today", "next," and "tomorrow". Seems cool!

Showerhead + Filters. Maybe the most known on this list, these showerheads remove chlorine, heavy metals, and other bad stuff.
