How common is it to recruit a brand new co-founder, compared to looking for someone in your network that you already know?
Being able to trust your co-founder is insanely important but in it's nature, it's quite impossible to fully trust a brand new person you have never met before.
What is the best general approach here? Vesting schedule with 0 equity during a first "trial" year?
