Hey guys,
My goal is to build an Amazon FBA business.
Here is how I have planned my current workflow:
Divide the month into:
- 3 weeks for my day job, freelance writing, pays $1800 per month (to save money for startup capital)
- 1 week for learning e-commerce. (product research, logistics, supplier hunting before first product launch)
**Divide the month rather than the day b/c I think single handling is better for productivity.
In the 3 weeks allocated to making money, here is what I am trying to do:
- About 6-7 hrs: Writing
- 2 hrs: Finding better clients
In the remaining one week, I'll working 10+ hrs on ecommerce daily.
I also have an affiliate site that's on pause but making about $200 per month. I was thinking of working on it too since it is passive income, but it will probably be spreading myself too thin.
I suppose this is not doing too much? Should I just focus on learning e-commerce instead of finding better writing clients?
I'm trying to grow in two domains simultaneously - my day job, i.e. writing and e-commerce, my dream and goal for the future. But figured I could do it with the above time allocation.
