I'm at my wits end trying to figure out how to maintain consistent leads

I'm making this post as a way to get some advice/clarity from you all... As well as reflect myself in a longer form medium.... AS WELL as provide a little time capsule that might help self-starters in the future here on r/entrepreneur.

I'm a long time lurker, and I must say the really simple reflections on this sub have helped me the most.

I am a coach. I focus primarily on empowering vegans with effective fitness/wellness strategies that allow them to live more energetic, higher achieving lives. By optimizing your mental and physical health habits, you can pretty much create whatever life you want for yourself.

You all can probably attest to this firsthand as many entrepreneurs also understand the power of leveling up your thought/action patterns.

Basic improvements of diet/fitness/lifestyle and simple mindfulness can(and pretty much always will) drastically improve everything in your life: spiritual connectedness, relationships, finances, career, onwards etc.

So that's the essence of my pitch. Here's where I'm at:

I've worked with about 25 clients over the last 2 years. Most on average of ~$450 for varying packages. Usually it includes a few coaching sessions, varying fitness/meal/lifestyle plans(these are sometimes as simple as a journaling prompt... Sometimes as complex as 3+ month detailed meal or evening routine structures just depending on the needs of the client).

In November, I launched my second course(8 weeks of videos, strategies, live trainings, and one-on-ones sprinkled in).

It's massive value, and I made the intro offer 497$ from the perspective that perhaps offering it at something that approachable would just open the floor gates....

Well, In the first week 2 people signed up after using a massive DM push where I basically direct messaged 100ish people on my Facebook and Instagram. I don't know that I even DMd enough people, but it was a ton of work and the result felt like a flop. I was leveraging organic posting to drum up interest in tandem.

Since then this has been the only real offer I've pushed.... And now I have about 7 people in that particular program.

Beyond the obvious factor that my prices need raised.... I need to figure something out to up my weekly discovery call #. Sometimes its 5. Sometimes it's zero. Ideally, it would be 3 per day.

This business is something I enjoy more than anything. Watching people rise up the consciousness ladder and taking command of their lives is more fulfilling than anything I've ever done, and I get to do it everyday.

So just to really drum home where I feel like I'm lacking in my stack....

I know I provide a great service because my clients are consistently telling me how wonderful our sessions are for them. Each group session always comes with a resounding thank you to finish off. It feels damn good fam!

My sales process could always be better.... But I'm pretty much sitting at 80% close rate. Sure some people walk away without signing on with me, and it's usually because I'm not willing to make an offer below $500 or they're just not really prepared to go all in on changing their situation an that's ok. I don't look at it as a sales process, but more of an awareness process. If someone is really ready, I just kind of reach out my hand and make the offer to go on a journey with me. It feels easy, it feels ethical, it feels like I'm really being a supporter and not some guy just trying to sell you some bullshit program.

Those leads though.... That's what I still struggle with two years later.

I get decent engagement on my stuff. I give out freebies that a lot of people say "hey ya gimme dat". What I'm not great about is transitioning to the phone call.

I don't have a specific strategy on inviting someone to hop on the phone. I get a lot of this is situational, but it feels to me like I'm pushing them sometimes... And it doesn't go anywhere.

I could give you a myriad of examples.... But this is getting to the point where I need to change something because I'm getting a little too buddy-buddy with a lot of people instead of actually turning them into clients.... And honestly giving them what they really need from me: coaching.

I'd appreciate any critiques, comments, questions, stories, what have you.

If I can clarify anything or provide you more information.... I'm so open to it!
I'm ready to get some consistent leads and finally turn this business into something that's a win-win-win in all directions ?

Thanks homies!!!!
