If I'm a Canadian business selling to US businesses (wholesale) , do I need sales ta

We have a Canadian corporation , file taxes to Canadian govt in accordance

We're thinking about shipping our products to smaller retaillers in America. . Since I'm technically 'exporting' the goods to US resellers , that means I don't have to charge state sales tax to my customers , right ?

Also: From my understanding of others who export products , they don't have liability insurance for the countries they are shipping to

Does the same thing apply here ?
