Tell me about your moonshot

Im sure everyone has heard about massive companies/governments/etc that have taken a moonshot that worked and changed an industry.

I’m currently reading Think Like A Rocket Scientist and it’s not the first book that has made me wonder what a small business moonshot might look like.

It always seems like a valuable exercise and mindset, but I just hear so few examples outside of Google, Apple, Nike, JFK and the moon landings.

Can someone describe what they aimed for, how they went about doing it, whether it was successful and what learnings they took away from it?
