Exporting Square Online Store to Website

I have a Square online store. I would like to export it to the website I have through Wix.

Square said I "could put a link" on my site. Otherwise they said I would have to transfer my URL to Square for them to host.

Is this the best option? Would I have the same functionality of my website if it was hosted on Square?
