Do I Need a Financial Advisor, a Lawyer, an Accountant, a Virtual CFO? Which?

Do I Need a Financial Advisor, a Lawyer, an Accountant, a Virtual CFO? Which?

Situation: business inherited from deceased family, who ran it while it was in our name.

Huge debts, no idea what margins are, cash flow is a dream only others can achieve. We have no savings and literally one business day's worth of cash on hand.

Every month, we incur more debt we cannot possibly repay unless things changed drastically and almost instantly. We don't know enough about our business to be able to change things ourselves, we don't have the right support staff in the right places- the only thing we truly know is that we don't know enough to fix this ourselves.

Who do we start looking for? What do we need? I'm aware that the business may not be salvageable.
