If I can't deal with office politics, does that mean I won't be a good founder?

Not sure if this is the right spot but..

A bit of background: I've worked at a startup until acquisition (LOVED this experience) and am now working at a large corporate bank. I have also ran a couple of small businesses and am familiar with playing the "lead" roles. All of my experience is in product Management.

My Ultimate end goal is to continue working on my ideas and eventually jump full time into the one that works.

HOWEVER

Recently I'm finding it extremely taxing on my mental health when dealing with politics at a large bank. As the youngest on the team working with folks 5/10 sometimes even 20+ years older than me, everyone having a egoistic mindset, not a team playing attitude, and a very aggressive nature...

It makes me wonder if I can't deal with corporate BS.. does that mean I cannot be an entrepreneur because I wouldn't be able to handle the issues that may come with? I know it comes with stress/politics but would be curious to hear people's feedback on this.

Or maybe I could just be burnt out but I've always felt this way when I make jumps to a corporate environment vs a startup..
